Diluci bags

The project

To develop a unique collection of 3D printed bags inspired by nature and easy to customise by matching and swapping components. The bags are designed for those who are willing to stand out from the crowd. The product will merge technology with leather crafts. The patterns and design will follow the forms of the nature.

Using a laser as a power source to sinter powdered material allows the laser to automatically create a more clearly-defined 3D model, binding the material together to create a solid structure.

The bags will be coated with a special paint that will offer a beautiful shimmer and strength to the material. The final product will come in different colours and patterns, which allows the customer to assemble the parts to their own taste.

In addition, the designer is interested in offering the artisans from her own country Moldova the chance to catch the eye of the European fashion market.
